  1. Shipping Destinations

1.1. The Almond Farmer currently ships to addresses within Australia only. Please note: Honey cannot be shipped to WA for biosecurity reasons. 

  1. Shipping Rates

2.1. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

  1. Order Processing and Dispatch

3.1. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order being placed online.

3.2. In the event of an inventory shortage or any unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via phone or email to inform you of any delays or to discuss alternatives to fulfil your order.

  1. Delivery Times

4.1. We use Australia Post with tracking for all our deliveries, which are sent from the Waikerie, SA post office. The estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days for regular post & 5 days for express post. This is dependent on your location within Australia. Please visit the Australia Post website for updates and disruptions to the network. 

4.2. Please note that delivery times may be extended during sales & peak periods, such as the festive season, due to high volume and increased demand.

  1. Order Tracking

5.1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the Australia Post website.

6.1. If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as non-delivery or a missing package, please contact us at We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

7.1. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. The Almond Farmer is not responsible for any delivery delays or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Returns & Refunds

At The Almond Farmer, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality almonds and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and in such cases, we have a fair and easy return and refund policy in place to address your concerns.

  1. Return Policy

1.1. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos to help us assess the situation.

1.2. Our team will review your case, and if your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send any items back without obtaining a RAN.

1.3. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened.

1.4. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product.

  1. Refunds

2.1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

2.2. In case of a partial refund, any shipping costs, taxes, or additional charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

2.3. If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at

3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

3.2. Upon approval, we will provide you with a RAN and instructions on how to return the product. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.
